I can find no date whatsoever as to when this was published. So I have no idea if the info is outdated or not. Book seems like something that was googled, then cliff notes written down. And by chapter, I mean 3 pages on each island, size 20 font.Examples: Chapter on "Getting There" quote from book "By now you are probably thinking Hawaii sounds amazing, but how do I get there? Don't worry. There are two different options for your trip to Hawaii." Seriously? i was not wondering that. I think everyone knows you get there by ship or plane.
chapter on "Discover exactly where to stay & tailored suggestions for every budget" Really? He lists one or two hotels per island. No mention of what budget these would fit into.
One full page is devoted to listing the 8 islands in order of their size. This book seems more of an outline for a book, but he forgot to write down the information needed to make it a real book.
For every island he lists "how to get around the island" for which he states take the bus (limited service), taxi, tour or rent a car.
Don't waste your money. i purchased the paperback, but even the $3 kindle would be too much. Since my review is about the same size as the entire book, I'll now stop.

Oh, this book is exactly what I was looking for since last month. Anyways I got it few weeks ago and one of my social close friends recommended it for reading. Actually he knows that I & my family members have a plan to make a trip in Hawaii this summer.
I found this book well written, useful and informative. If you have any plan to go Hawaii & want to know where to say, how to say, various traditional info of Hawaii, visiting spots, weather, local info and much more things, then I will love to suggest you this travel guidebook for reading without any hesitation because I have no doubt about its quality. The author Jeff has done a brilliant job and described everything like a local guider. Worth purchase anyway!
